Sales Account Executive – (TBD)

A Sales Account Executive is needed in order to assist account management and sales. As volume increases you will need to support new client and existing customer accounts. His position will be responsible for handling all day-to-day affairs related to sale by ensuring he upmost customer satisfaction. This position is directly tasked with hunting new leads to increase both sales volume and revenue growth. 

Essential Funtions/Tasks
  • Closing sales contracts and meeting revenue target
  • Compiling lists of prospective customers for sales leads
  • Present options and sell products and services to new and existing clients
  • Maintain knowledge of new products within the industry
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
  • Preparing sales quotations and proposals and collecting receivables
  • Prospect new clients and establish route plan.
Requirements

Sales Representative – (Available)

As a Sales Representative you will be tasked with building your own book of business. This is a commission structured position that will rely on performance-based compensation. Leads may be provided by us to ensure a strong start to your career with us with plenty of room for growth. 

Essential Funtions/Tasks
  • Maintain knowledge of company and competitor products necessary in order to make sales.
  • Identify and visit potential customers.
  • Increase sales of products with new and existing customers with incentive promo

Logistics Sales Manager – (Filled)

As a Logistics Sales Manager you will be responsible for making sure that the sales and logistics teams are aligned. This includes tasks such as establishing routes for both sales and logistics teams. Day to day operations consist of dealing with forwarding agents, scheduled deliveries, shipping agents, customs brokers and packers and upper management.

Essential Funtions/Tasks
  • Market Analysis and Collecting in person Customer Feedback
  • Coordinate sales and distribution while managing teams
  • Provide lead generation and promotional campaign strategy for sales team
  • Coordinate and Supervise Daily Dispatch of Boxes, Pallets or Crates 
  • Order Fulfillment, invoices, packing lists, and compliance (logistics and quality control)  
  • Manage Inventory and Storage of Imported Merchandise 
  • Establish routes related to logistics and sales teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations, Transportation and Finance to streamline customer interactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider extensive experience also
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of overseas import/export and logistics industry
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management

Executive Assistant – (Filled)

Serves as Executive Assistant at Caribbean Cookie Company. Responsibilities include managing calendars, travel arrangements, and project management. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance with a strong sense of discretion. 

Essential Funtions/Tasks
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for executives, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics 
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, reports, and other business correspondence 
  • Provide high-quality meeting notes, perform action follow-ups, execute logistics for regular senior leadership meetings and off-sites
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
  • Oversee projects acting as representative for executives when needed
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

Human Resource Specialist – (Filled)

Serves as a Human Resources Specialist at Caribbean Cookie Company. Responsible for performing a combination of routine, multiple, and varying HR assignments. Provide professional-level support of human resources functions as an information resource on related processes and procedures as well as initiating and processing of HR documentation.

Essential Funtions/Tasks
  • Coordinate and administer various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, orientation, payroll, and employee relations programs
  • Administer the staff recruitment and selection process (placing ads, interviewing, processing applications, contacting managers, provide feedback regarding the candidates, handling selection process tasks)
  • Responsible for monthly compliance reports and follow up.
  • Performs HRIS data entry.
  • Responsible for personnel file maintenance and audits.
  • Appropriately tracks and manages inquiries and requests from employees and HR team members; adheres to established service level agreements. Handles all data in a confidential manner.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data for the full employee life cycle, updated in real-time.
  • Prepares or maintains employment records and files related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Ensures records are maintained in compliance with HR practices and DGS policies.
  • Revises human resource documents, procedures, and forms and assists with the administration of policies, programs, procedures, and processes in the direction of HR leadership.

Assists with the performance management process as required. 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or business or a field related to the position preferred.
  • Experience performing basic human resources, payroll, customer service, or general office duties.
  • Proficiency on computers including Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal /communication skills – able to communicate and establish effective working relationships with all departments.

Director of Operations – (Filled)

The Director of Operations at Caribbean Cookie Company is responsible for providing end to end leadership, strategy and oversight to various functions of our operations, including business operations, production, procurement, and regulatory and quality functions through continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Essential Funtions/Tasks
  • Develop and enforce best strategies surrounding operational management and policies.
  • Maintain necessary contact and negotiates with major suppliers, key customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve the objectives of the business
  • Reviews and approves Operations major projects involving major functional changes within the department’s functional areas.
  • Strategically manages internal personnel and external vendors and partners to insure alignment.
  • Manages the company’s operational efficiency by establishing systems of KPIs and metrics to demonstrate and benchmark the company’s performance.
  • Interface with contract manufacturers, warehousing and logistics teams, and compliance division
  • Build and lead an agile and responsive team responsible for maintaining stable operational and internal growth across the United States.
  • Cultivate a team-oriented, problem-solving culture that strives to find value from each segment of the operational timeline.
  • Set departmental goals for meeting scalability and growth needs of the company for quickly expanding customer needs.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience required; Progressive leadership experience preferred.
  • General manager or P&L experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Experience operating in an environment where KPIs play a key role

  • Advanced written and verbal skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship management
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office required and must be comfortable learning new custom computer systems
